Flow Cytometry

The facility has flow cytometers and cell sorters.

We have analysers with 3 lasers [red (633 nm), blue (488 nm) and violet (405 nm)] capable of analysing up to 8 colours.

We have high-speed single-cell sorters with 3 [violet (405 nm), blue (488 nm) and red (633 nm)], 5 [near UV (375 nm), violet (405 nm), blue (488 nm), yellow-green (561 nm) and red (633 nm)] and 6 lasers [near UV (375 nm), violet (405 nm), purple (445 nm), blue (488 nm), yellow-green (561 nm) and red (633 nm)] capable of 2-way and 4-way sorting. In addition, 6-, 24-, 48-, 96 and 384-well plates can be used on these sorters.
